发明名称 Pre-packaged dough assisting household and small bakery production of whole meal and speciality bread
摘要 Dough can be prepackaged for wholemeal or other speciality breads. These are made with coarsely ground, water swollen rye and/or wheat grain with salt and yeast. The dough is filled into the packing air tight and preferably free of air inclusions. It is then pasteurised. This allows the dough to be stored at room temperature. For use, further ground cereal products, water, yeast and other additives may be incorporated, to make a ready-to-bake dough. Also claimed is a method of making the dough, noting exclusion of air from the sheet tubing employed as packaging.
