The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a key switch including the steps of: i) molding a rubber pad from a silicon resin, and manufacturing a rubber key switch body from the rubber pad by stamping; ii) printing the desired letter or pattern on the upper surface (10) of the rubber key switch body (1), subsequently drying the printed key switch body (1) by a hardening process; iii) adhering a liquid silicon rubber upon the key switch body on the printed surface thereof by point adhesion to form a transparent key cover; iv) heating the key switch so produced from step iii) in a hardening furnace at 60(C for 5 minutes, and then heating it at 120(C for 10 minutes to harden the key cover; and v) inspecting the quality of the finished keyboard.
