A myeloma cell line expressing recombinant human thyroid stimulating hormone receptor which may be efficiently cultured and may be easily collected to prepare a membrane fraction, and an immunochemical assay method for autoantibody against human thyroid stimulating hormone receptor which uses the membrane fraction from the cell line.
