The contact rail/bar has a power bar (1) with studs (15) extending laterally combwise and plug-in sockets (16) formed on the studs. The sockets have flexible spring arms (2) extending upwards from a base plate (17), forming or connected to the studs, inclined towards each other as far as the plug-in end where they are bent round to widen, enabling blade contact (18) insertion. Each spring arm pair (2) has an outer spring (3) with second spring arms covering a large part of the first spring arms and starting from a common base plate (19). The second spring arms press the first spring arms together at the ends. |
