The humidity sensor error state checking method of a microwave oven comprises the steps of: outputting balancing adjusting data according to a corresponding step to a balancing adjusting port; if the input voltage according to the output at an initial step is under a predetermined set maximum voltage, executing an error determination; in the case where the input voltage is not at the initial step, if a voltage difference between the input voltage and a previous input value is under a predetermined set limit voltage range, executing an error determination; and if the voltage difference is over the predetermined set limit voltage range, storing the current input value to the previous value and increasing the step by one to return to the outputting step of the balancing adjusting data.
