The resin having a good impact resistance and moulding properties consists of i) 30-80% polyester resin(polyalkyleneterephthalate) with a severe viscosity 0.4-1.2, ii) 5-20% thermoplastic elastomer(C3-8), iii) 2-20% copolymer(ii) , iv) 1-10% phosphorous compd. (methyldihydrogenphosphate), v) 5-10 % antioxidant which consists of decabromodiphenyloxide(iii ) and antimon trioxide in a wt. ratio of 1 : 1.5 : 1 vi) 5-5% glass fiber with a length and dia : 2-8 mm, 7-85 micrometer which is treated with silane compd. vii) 0.1-5% stabiliser which is mixed tetrakis(methylene-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propinate)methane and tris(2,4 di-t-butylphenyl)phosfate in a wt. ratio of 1:1 viii)0.1-5% release agent such as ethylenebisstearamide, alluminium stearate.
