PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive temperature rise in a fast idle condition of an engine covered with a cowling and prevent thermal harm relating to the cowling, in a motorcycle. SOLUTION: In a cowling, a radiator arranged before a water-cooled engine and an electric motor driven radiator fan are arranged, a speed change neutral sensor 37 detecting a neutral condition of a transmission and an engine speed sensor 36 detecting a rotational speed of engine fast idle speed or more are both continued for a fixed time or more, a high level signal, when it is output to a timer 34, is recognized as a fast idle condition of the engine, a transistor 33 is turned on, an electric motor 17a of the radiator fan is operated. |
