摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust an accelerating time of a winder in starring by restricting the accelerating time of the winder by an operation value obtained based on no-load loss torque plus acceleration compensation torque of the winder and no-load loss torque plus acceleration compensation torque of the rewinder in terms of the winder side. SOLUTION: The shortest accelerating time Ta* in the initial state of a rewinder 2 having large roll diameter DUW is presented, when the both sides of an equation 1 constituted of no-load loss torqueτEWD plus acceleration compensation torqueτAED of a winder 1, acceleration compensation torque v., plus no-load loss torqueτEUW of the rewinder 2 in terms of the winder 1 side, and flywheel effects GD<2> (WD), GD<2> (UW) of the winder 1 and the rewinder 2. A restriction computing element 31 outputs Ta* from operation of the equation 1, a set value restriction element 32 sets the accelerating time to the accelerating time Ta, when the roll diameter DUW of the rewinder 2 is the minimum, based on this value, and if Ta*>=Ta, then Ta* is outputted and if Ta*<Ta, then Ta is outputted.
