PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cap usable without removing a pilfer-proof member from the cap by a method wherein a sealing cylindrical body and an attaching cylindrical part are brekably connected, and the upper end of the sealing cylindrical body covers the outer periphery of a lid part to make the opening/closing of the lid part unable. SOLUTION: A sealing cylindrical body 16 is connected and fixed by a breakable connecting part 17 to an attaching cylindrical part 12 under an unused state of a container. Under this fixed state, the upper end of the sealing cylindrical body 16 is located at the same or higher location of the upper end surface of a lid part 13, and the lid part 13 cannot be opened by fingers. In order to place the container under a usable state, the sealing cylindrical body 16 is pressed downward. By the descent of the sealing cylindrical body 16 relatively with the attaching cylindrical part 12. the connecting part 17 to the attaching cylindrical part 12 is broken, and the sealing cylindrical body 16 descends, and the lid part 13 protrudes on the top of the sealing cylindrical body 16, and for this reason, opening of the lid part 13 by fingers becomes possible, and the pilfer-proof function is released.
