PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily and economically change and adjust the tilt angle and bearing directivity of a sector antenna for base station used in a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: A base station for mobile communication system has sector cells in three directions. A back-to-back combinational antenna 1P is constituting by arranging a sector antenna 11C for transmission having one direction of bearing directivity and a sector antenna 11a for reception having another direction of bearing directivity so that their backs can be opposed to each other and uniting the antennas 11C and 11a in one body. The antenna 1P is provided with operating sections 14C and 14a on the bottom face of a cylindrical antenna housing body. The tilt angle and direction of bearing directivity of the sector antenna 11C can be changed and adjusted by means of a tilt angle control section 13C and a bearing control mechanism 12C which are controlled in accordance with operation instructions from the operating section 14C without changing the arrangement of the antenna housing body nor disassembling the body. |
