Disclosed is a tubular endoluminal vascular prosthesis (200), useful in treating, for example, an abdominal aortic aneurysm (40). The prosthesis (200) comprises a self-expandable wire support structure (46) having a tubular main body support (200) and first (202) and second (204) branch supports. The support structure (46) may include sliding links (70) to permit flexibility while maintaining patency of the central lumen. The branch supports (202, 204) may articulate with the main body (200) to permit the branches (202, 204) to pivot laterally from the axis of the main body (200) throughout a substantial range of motion. Exoskeleton components or barbs may be provided to resist migration and endoleaks.
