PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive thinner designing of a reproducer by arranging a disc reproduction unit and a disc housing unit in an opposed layout relationship to reduce an angle at which the disc housing unit rotates by allowing the rotating of both the units to be inclined. SOLUTION: A disc reproduction unit 32A and a disc housing unit 33A are in an opposed layout relationship while both the units are allowed to turn to be inclined. As a result, an angleαat which the disc reproduction unit 32A should be rotated is smaller than an angle at which the disc reproduction unit 32A should be rotated when the disc housing unit is fixed. An angleβat which the housing unit 33A should be rotated is small than an angle at which the housing unit 33A alone should be rotated while the reproduction unit 32A is fixed. This allows the narrowing of spaces 81A and 82A necessary for the rotation of the reproduction unit 32A and the housing unit 33A thereby achieving a thinner designing of a reproducer.
