The clamp has a frame (1) with a fixed jaw (11) which is formed of two parts which are V-shaped and separated by a gap (12) allowing the passage of a strap (20) of which one end (200) is fixed behind the jaw after having been passed over the hose (5), to lock onto it. The other end is connected to a clip (2) lodged in the frame under the fixed jaw and which allows rolling of the strap (20). The clip can have a spiral spring to actuate it.
