The accessory having a swing leg (3) that swings freely in the vertical plane of symmetry passing through the longitudinal axis of the wheelchair about a perpendicular and horizontal pivot rod (4) substantially located at the top of the back rest (9) between the two side frame posts that support the back rest (9), via rapid or permanent fastening elements (5, 6, 7, 8). The lower portion of the swing leg (3) advantageously has an adjustable length and is provided with a stabilizer foot (10). |
