The preparation method is directed to the high performance carrier in which an inorganic catalyst material is fixed to a polymer resin. The method includes the steps of: pulverizing a material mixture consisting of Na, Mg, Al, S, Cl, K, Ca, Sb and Fe, first firing the pulverized mixture and, after 2-3 day natural fermentation, second firing the mixture to produce a fermentation enhancing material; and adding 2-5 wt.% of the fermentation enhancing material to a mixture of kaoline, vinegar acid, rice bran and glucose for 2-3 day natural fermentation, second firing the mixture at 500-600 degrees centigrade for 2 days, pulverizing the mixture to produce an inorganic catalyst material, and adding 2-10 wt.% of the inorganic catalyst material to polypropylene as a polymer resin to produce about 2cm diameter round carriers.
