The scooter has a friction pulley attached to both wheel forks, and the pulleys are interconnected by flexible transmission element arrangement. An opposite directed locking of the front and rear wheel forks takes place with a correspondingly equal angle of lock. The wheel forks are mirror-image symmetrical. The acute angles of inclination of the two steering tubes to the scooter's vertical axis are of different values so that the extensions of the pivot axes of the two tubes intersect off-centre at a point above the scooter.
