The invention relates to a process for recycling and producing plastics, plastics mixtures or from sorted and unsorted plastic waste, in which a) a substrate material A, which comprises a newly produced plastic material or plastic waste material comprising a uniform single type of plastic or various plastics, a material of any or unknown composition X and an additive Z selected from among fatty acids, fatty acid-containing mixtures of natural or synthetic origin, fatty acid derivatives and fatty alcohols releasing fatty acids in the process conditions are mixed together, where A and X together, in relation to the total volume, contain at least such a quantity of plastic that the non-plastic components are bonded with the formation of a homogenous or partially homogenous mass; b) said mixture is transported by a conveyor and subjected along the conveyor path to a multi-step heat treatment in sections while continuing to be subjected to mechanical mixing, kneading or pressing, where the temperatures in the various steps lie mutually independently in a range from 60 to 400 DEG C; and c) the heat-treated mixture is ejected through a nozzle for further treatment or shaping. |
