This is provided to make the simple manipulation of gear shifting and to prevent a misoperation by wrong manipulation. Correspondingly, this device consists of such means as these: the reciprocating movement means of the speed change lever arranged to return to the neutral after manipulated by the driver inside the transmission housing, the hanging means of the hanging member so as to be hung on the rack gear of the gear shifting range, and the gear shifting means of the gear shifting member that slides inside the transmission housing by the hanging member, also the pulling means of the gear shifting rod member which is inserted to be able to pull the selection cable and the gear shifting cable connected during the sliding operation.
