<p>The procedure consists of a stage in which zones are polymerised by exposure to ultraviolet rays, an engraving stage for the non-polymerised zones with immersion and brushing in an engraving bath, and a separation of the bath components with re-injection of the liquid. The separation consists of filtering the contents of the bath and concentrating the water-polymer solution. The procedure is carried out with the aid of an engraving bath (22) with brushes (23), a heater and an overflow (20) which carries the solution from the bath to a separator with a receiving tank (14), a water and polymer separator formed by a filter band (10a), and at least one filtering membrane (7). The filter band is advanced automatically by driven rollers (10b) in response to a filter saturation detector.</p> |
