PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a proper deceleration command at the time of deceleration regardless of the change of operating conditions such as load, operating oil temperature and so on by providing a control means for detecting the abnormal condition in landing at the time of acceleration, and outputting a proper deceleration command at the time of deceleration according to the detection result. SOLUTION: At the time of acceleration for the lifting and lowering operation, the flow of operating oil flowing through a UV valve 1 or DV valve 2 is obtained by flow sensors 19 and 20. Each fluctuation of the operating oil flow, the acceleration or the accelerating time related to abnormality in landing is obtained from the flow of operating oil by operation. A control device 17 gives a steady deceleration command at the time of deceleration if these values are within the normal value. However, if the viscosity of operating oil is increased by a temperature drop and the above values exceed the normal value, a delay acceleration distance is operated according to a difference between the acceleration time during normal operation and the acceleration time during abnormal operation, and at the time of deceleration, the device gives a command of starting deceleration on this side of the deceleration start point during normal operation by this delay acceleration distance, and then an elevator is landed in a prescribed position. |
