摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heating body from being short-circuited, and strongly connect an outer surface coated layer and the heating body, by arranging a thermoplastic resin insulating coated layer on the outer surface of the linear heating body, arranging on the outer surface of the insulating coated layer, a heat resistant and electric insulating fiber layer formed of primer treated yarn, and further arranging a thermoplastic resin outer surface coated layer. SOLUTION: A linear heating body 2 such as copper wire and nickel wire is mounted in a feeding device 6 and passed through a washer 9, a heating apparatus 10 and an extruder 11, a thermoplastic resin such as denaturated polyoletine having excellent affinity and adhesion with a pipe is heated and molten, and an insulating coated layer 3 is stuck on the surface of the heating body 2. This insulating coated layer 3 is wound up by a winding up device 15 through a cooling device 13 and a taking over device 14, and heat resistant and insulating fibers of more than one kind of yarn such as glass fiber primer-treated in denaturated polyolefine solution and the like, are knitted so as to form a fiber layer 4. Further, a square outer surface coated layer 5 which is formed of the same resin as the coated layer 3 is formed by heating and the extruder. A wire 1 may not be short-circuited even though the fiber layer 4 is strongly connected through the coated layer 3, and the coated layer 5 is molten.</p>
