PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high-quality image where the arrangement of picture elements is uniform, to prevent motive power consumption from being increased and productivity from lowering in a 1st mode and to restrain the deterioration of the durability of a driving system by providing an inertia changing means changing a flywheel integrally rotating with an image forming body between the 1st mode and a 2nd mode. SOLUTION: The inertia changing means 50 fixes the base substance flywheel 52 on the shaft 321 of the image forming body by a fixed bracket 51 so as to set it for the 1st mode. Then, the flywheel 52 is displaced from a position where it is fit and supported on a supporting shaft 502 provided in a cover case 501 to a position where it is fit to the shaft 321 of the image forming body and integrally attracted to a magnetic body 521 provided in the flywheel; 52, whereby the flywheel 52 and an additive flywheel 56 which are integrated are set for the 2nd mode. Thus, the flywheels 52 and 56 integrally rotating with the image forming body are changed between the 1st mode and the 2nd mode, so that the image forming body is smoothly rotated at any rotating speed. |
