PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus in which the position of an anchor bolt buried in a building is measured by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 11 is composed of a frame-shaped reference member 5 and of a measuring member. The measuring member is composed of transverse movement plates 7 which are moved inside the reference frame 5 in the horizontal direction and which comprise long holes 8 and of longitudinal movement plates 9 which are moved in the vertical direction on the transverse movement plates 7. (a) The reference frame 5 is made to correspond to a reference point on a body 13, and it is placed so as to be close to a group of protruding anchor bolts 14. (b) The longitudinal and transverse movement plates 7, 9 are slid in such a way that the respective anchor bolts 14 are inserted into, and passed through, through holes 10 in the longitudinal movement plates 7. The longitudinal and transverse movement plates are fixed temporarily to the reference frame 5, the measuring apparatus 11 is removed from the body 13, it is placed on a receiver metal fitting 17 so as to correspond to the reference point, a marking operation is performed so as to be aligned with the through holes 10, and bolt holes 18 are bored and formed in the receiver metal fitting 17. (c) The receiver metal fitting 17 in which the bolt holes 18 are bored and formed so as to be aligned with positions of the anchor bolts are fixed to the body 13 by using a bolt and a nut. |
