摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cutting work efficiency by keeping the load on an end mill at an almost fixed level and thereby prolonging the service life of the end mill. SOLUTION: A crossing locus 28 is drawn vertically to a locus 255 at a cutting end point CE9, and another inner locus is drawn from the point CE9 through the locus 28. Then the next inner locus is drawn after the first inner locus has one round. Thereafter, the loci are continuously drawn. The data on both moving and rotational speeds of an end mill are added to every locus. The end mill is moved at a high speed at the outside of a raw material 14 and in an area where the end mill has no interference with the material 14. For instance, the speed of the end mill is set at 100 within the material 14 when the high speed of the end mill is equal to 1000. Every locus is drawn, so that the end mill can be moved at a high speed with a short moving distance. Therefore, the time needed for the end mill to pass the outside of the material 14 is shorter than the cutting time of the material 14. In such a cutting way of the material 14, the loci are never folded and the load of the end mill is kept at a fixed level within the material 14.</p>
