SOLUTION: A media data information managing part 101 makes an abject correspond to plural pieces of media data of expression contents corresponding to an object. An identification information managing part 202 makes respective pieces of media data correspond to identification keys. Based on priority determination information determined by a priority determination information determining part 506, an identification key priority determination part 505 determines the priority of identification keys and based on that priority, an identification key selecting part 404 selects an identification key. A media data acquiring part 603 acquires the media data which are made to correspond to the selected identification key and discriminated to be usable by a media data usability discriminating part 607, and a media data output part 708 outputs the acquired media data.
