PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively producing a bacterial lipase of the genus Burkholderia having an industrially high usefulness by constructing a recombinant plasmid capable of efficiently secreting and producing a recombinant lipase in a culture solution in a bacterium of the genus Burkholderia and creating a transformant strain containing the recombinant plasmid transduced thereinto. SOLUTION: This recombinant plasmid is obtained by integrating a DNA fragment containing a lipase gene containing a promoter region of the lipase gene derived from a bacterium of the genus Burkhorderia, a Shine-Dalgarno(SD) sequence and a sequence capable of coding a signal peptide and a gene capable of regulating the development of lipase activities into a wide range of a host vector belonging to an incompatible W group. The transformant of a bacterium belonging to the genus Burkholderia contains the plasmid transduced thereinto. Furthermore, the method for producing a lipase comprises culturing the resultant transformant and recovering the prepared recombinant lipase from the culture solution. |
