PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage and preserve two kinds of articles even if any management computer gets out of order by providing first and second management computers adapted to update the delivery data on the first article and the back-up delivery data on the second article for the delivery information on the first and second articles according to an identification number. SOLUTION: The ID number of a patient is searched by a host computer to be output to a warehouse management computer and a file folder storage computer (S101). In the warehouse computer, a storage bag delivery file and a file folder back-up delivery file are updated (S102). On the other hand, in the file folder storage management computer, a file folder delivery file and a storage bag back-up delivery file are updated (S106). Then, the respective delivery files and the back-up delivery files are compared (S110), and if there is a difference between them, each back-up delivery file is updated to each delivery file (S111). |
