PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engaging element made of a thermoplastic resin efficiently and simply by normal injection, extrusion or continuous injection to have a fine dimension, an inversed L-shaped form and a sufficient engaging force, while having rich durability for ensuring the engagement with a fine loop piece. SOLUTION: After a primary molding surface fastener having a plurality of engaging elements 2 having a normal hook configuration and erected on a plane base plate 1 is molded by normal continuous injection, an engaging head 22 of the engaging element 2 is pressed from above by a hot press means and deformed while being hot melted so that a bulging part 22a' is formatively bulged from the left and right of the engaging head 22. |
