In case the first drawing temp is under 17 degree C, the effective drawing is difficult caused by the lack of drawing heat, while higher than 200 degree C, by the heat movement increase of molecular chain, not only difficult the effective orientation is, but is yellowed, so the temperature is kept to 170-200 degree C for drawing. In case the drawing tension is less than 1g/d, the effective drawing of the fiber is hard, and while higher than 3g/d, the fiber may be curved, accordingly the temperature is limited to 2.5g/d.
