<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication party introducing method and its device capable of introducing a communication party the communication value of which is expected to be improved in the future. SOLUTION: A group of highly frequently call-incoming destination consisting of call incoming destinations the communicating relation value such as communication frequencies in a long period with the whole transmission source is larger than a first threshold value is detected to constitute a group of reference transmission sources by a transmission source in which numbers larger than a second threshold value among the communicating relation values in a long period with each call-incoming destination belonging to this group of the highly frequently call-incoming destinations is larger than a third threshold value. Then among communicating relation value in a short period with each transmission source belonging to this group of the reference transmission sources, numbers larger than a fourth threshold value constitute a group of call- incoming destination candidates by a call incoming destination larger than a fifth threshold value to introduce a call-incoming destination, which does not belong to the group of the highly frequently call-incoming destinations, among the call-incoming destinations belonging to this group of the call-incoming destination candidates as the communication party.</p> |
