PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing the occurrence of abnormal sound caused by the vibration of reflection film. SOLUTION: The reflection film 16 has a multilayered structure obtained by surrounding the periphery of a resin film 16a with a conductive layer 16b constituted of such metal as silver, for example, and the layer 16b formed on both surfaces of the film 16a is connected with grounding potential of a driving circuit 12 by an electric wiring 18. An envelope 17 is electrically connected to the grounding potential of the circuit 12 by an electric grounding mechanism, and the potential of the layer 16b and that of the envelope 17 are the same. |
