PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device of high quality of improved responding performance of a check valve and improved sealing performance, durability and reliability of a sealing device including the check valve. SOLUTION: A first engaging part 16d, which is provided on a check lip end inner circumference 16c of an oil seal (a sealing device), and a second engaging part 5h, which is provided on the axial direction end 5g of the step portion of a rod guide 5, are formed in an uneven cross section configuration mutually engaging both engaging parts 16d, 5h with each other, and the first engaging part 16d engages with the second engaging part 5h when the pressure in a second seal chamber 11b becomes higher than that in a first seal chamber 11a. |
