摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of an internal power supply generation circuit for generating a plurality of different internal power supply voltages. SOLUTION: Power supplies V1 and V2 are connected to one terminal of a diode D that is connected in series, and the output terminal of a capacitor C is connected to a connection point N of the diode D. By charging or discharging the capacitor C and changing the input terminal voltage of the capacitor C, first and second voltage generation circuits 2 and 3 for outputting output voltages V01 and V02 that are different from power supply voltages V1 and V2 are provided at the other terminal of the diode D. The voltage generation circuits 2 and 3 charge and discharge the capacitor C by a switch circuit that operates based on a control signalϕ. The switch circuit consists of a switch circuit 4 for charging the capacitor C of the voltage generation circuit 2 and a switch circuit 5 for charging or discharging the capacitor C of the voltage generation circuit 3 by supplying the charging electric charge of the capacitor C to the capacitor C of the voltage generation circuit 3 when discharging the capacitor C of the voltage generation circuit 2.
