PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lost data by avoiding confliction even at the time of generating a local data error in a confliction control system avoiding confliction by unitarily managing plural data transmission. SOLUTION: A transmission mode deciding means 4 decides the start time, the length of using time, the using band, etc., of data transmission of a data transmission means 3 based on control information from a data transmission control information generating means 1 and a band using situation from a transmission medium using band storing means 2. A data error detection means 5 monitors the error of data transmitted from the means 3. When the error exceeds an allowable limit, a transmission instruction changing means 6 postpones the starting time of the means 3 starting transmission next. A reception completion detecting means 7 detects the completion of data transmission generating the error and make the means 3 the start of which is postponed start data transmission. |
