PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To magnetize the inner circumferential surface of a small ring magnet uniformly and sufficiently. SOLUTION: A sheet-type bond magnet 7a made of flexible material containing magnetic material is formed. Magnetizing heads 10 are brought into contacts with the surfaces 71a and 72a of the bond magnet 7a and the respective parts of the bond magnet 7a are magnetized with uniform electric fields. As a result, the bond magnet 7a is uniformly and sufficiently magnetized. Then the bond magnet 7a is curled so as to have the magnetized surface 71a be an inner circumferential surface 71 and, after that, both the ends 73a of the curled bond magnet 7a are fixed to each other with adhesive. |
