PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a service function to a customer enjoying KARAOKE (orchestration without lyrics) singing in a KARAOKE box (a private room free from a clerk) or the like provided with a KARAOKE reproducing terminal as if a familiar clerk serves a, regular visitor by utilizing a computer network resource originally included in a large scale communication KARAOKE system. SOLUTION: A host device 2 is provided with a customer information file. The file is a set of customer records arranging information related to each customer for every customer. The customer record includes basic registered information items such as a name and a birthday and an information item indicating the visiting state of a KARAOKE store concerned. A KARAOKE reproducing terminal 1 is provided with a means for acquiring the identifier of a customer using the terminal 1, a means for loading down a customer record concerned from the host device 2, a means for preparing a message for the customer concerned based upon the information contents of the customer record, and a means for displaying the message on a display. |
