PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a coding decoding device for mixing bit stream data without the use of an analog circuit. SOLUTION: One-bit A/D converters 1-3 applyΔΣmodulation to an analog signal supplied externally to provide an output of bit stream data SD1-SD3. Weight multipliers 7-9 apply weight to each of bit stream data and provide an output of PCM data WD1-WD3. An interpolation device 12 applies oversampling to the external PCM data DA up to a sampling rate corresponding to the bit stream data and provides an output of PCM data DB. An adder 13 provides an output of PCM data DC being a sum of the PCM data WD1-WD3, DB. AΔΣmodulator 14 appliesΔΣmodulation to the PCM data DC to provide an output of the bit stream data SD0.
