FC RECEPTOR POLYMORPHISM

摘要

Methods are described for assessing the relative susceptibility of human patients to autoimmune diseases, bacterial and viral infections and tumors wherein the methods comprise identifying Fc gamma RIIIA allelic patterns in human patients. Figure 1 is a graphic representation of the results of a flow cytometry experiment comparing the binding of IgG to blood cells from two patients having different Fc gamma RIIIA allelic patterns.
