The invention relates to a device for dynamic measurement of the surface tension of a liquid by the bubble pressure process. Said device is characterised by a moving measuring device (3) with a flexible lead (2), conveying at least compressed air, to a sensor head (1) which releases bubbles and can be immersed in the measuring liquid (4). The moving measuring device (3) has an input keyboard (16) for different operating modes, a display (15) for monitoring the measuring modes and display of the measurement results, a volume flow source (11) for generating the gas pressure, a pressure sensor (13) for detecting the quality of gaseous bubbles, a microprocessor (14) for measuring and evaluating the measurement results and an internal current supply (12) for all power consumers.
