Suction regulator system for adjusting amount of air fed to IC engine cylinder

The suction regulator system has a first regulator (50), which moves the inlet control valve (181) in to a first position to open a specified amount. In order to increase the amount of air of the suction duct (15), fed in to the cylinder (11a), if a determined time duration has elapsed since the beginning of the starting, if the engine has not started. The first regulator opens the inlet valve control unit in to a second position, in order to drive the engine in an idling mode, if the engine has started. A correction unit (50), corrects the amount of fuel, injected by the injection unit (16), if the suction duct is opened.
