<p>The rail vehicle suspension comprises a spring (3) interposed between a support table (4) of an axle box (5) and a chassis support zone (6). The suspension also has a shock absorber (7) and a friction piece (8) carried by the axle box. The longitudinal axis (10) of each spring is inclined by an angle (X) to the perpendicular of the chassis support plane. This angle is relative to a vertical plane transverse to the chassis displacement direction. Thus, all displacements of the axle box in a vertical plane generate a force whose horizontal component (F), parallel to the bogey longitudinal axis, accentuates rubbing of the friction piece on the chassis fixed part.</p> |
