<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrum display device for x-ray micro-analyzer, etc., wherein analysis precision is improved at qualitative analysis. SOLUTION: The wave length value of wave length spectrum stored in a storage circuit is converted into an energy value by a calculation control device, and on the right half of a screen 15 of a cathode ray tube, with values e1-e8 obtained by converting a wave length value into an energy value provided along the horizontal axis, the energy corresponding to the wave length of characteristic x-ray is displayed on the horizontal axis, and intensity art the vertical line, thus wave length spectrum is displayed. Meanwhile, on the left half of the screen 15 of the cathode ray tube, energy spectrum wave length is displayed, with energy on the horizontal axis and intensity on the vertical line.</p> |
