PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate interchangeability of a usable ink tank having a relatively simple structure and assembling. SOLUTION: The adapter for an ink tank of a writing instrument comprises a front cylindrical part 12 disposed in a front barrel, an outer cylindrical part 13 interlocked to the rear part of the front cylindrical part and cylindrical extended parts 14, 15 extended from the center of the front end longitudinally. The rear part 15 is used as the fixing part of the tank 8, and a rear cylindrical part 17 is formed by forming a groove 16 for controlling ink discharge integrally without using other member at the longitudinal inner surfaces of the parts 14, 15. Thus, a spare ink tank having a different structure can be used as much as possible (with interchangeability) and the structure and assembling are relatively simple. |
