发明名称 FORMATION OF AMORPHOUS ALLOY FOIL LAYER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an amorphous alloy foil layer excellent in strain detection sensitivity by bringing an amorphous alloy chip into contact with a basis metallic material, bringing, electrodes into contact with the metallic material and the alloy chip, respectively, melting the amorphous alloy chip by means of instantaneous electrification, and rapidly solidifying, after the shut-off of electrification, the molten alloy by means of heat radiation of the electrode to make it amorphous again. SOLUTION: An amorphous alloy chip 2 is brought into contact with a basis metallic material 1. Electrodes 31, 32 are brought into pressurized contact with the basis metallic material 1 and the amorphous alloy chip 2, respectively. An electric current is allowed to flow instantaneously to melt the amorphous alloy chip and form a molten metal 20. When electrification is shut-off, heat escapes rapidly to the electrode 32 and the basis metallic material 1 and the molten metal 20 is cooled and solidified and made amorphous. It is preferable that the amorphous alloy has a composition represented by Co70.5 B15 Si10 Fe4.5 and the instantaneous electrification time of electric current is <=300μs. Even if working strain remains in the amorphous alloy chip, strain is removed by melting and a superior alloy foil can be obtained.
