Oil-in-water emulsion composition and oil-in-water emulsifier

An oil-in-water emulsified composition comprising an alpha -monoalkyl glyceryl ether, a wax, and a silicone oil: wherein the amount of the silicone oil is not less than 10 wt% with respect to an oil phase except the alpha -monoalkyl glyceryl ether and the wax, this composition displays excellent emulsion stability and feeling of use.
