PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a skin from wrinkling during the injection molding period by holding and retaining one end part of a skin, then injection molding a resin material on the rear surface of the skin and the part with no skin. SOLUTION: A skin 12 is held and retained by a preceding press part 15a of a trim lower mold 15 and the plating rib 11b of a core 11. The core 11 moves further in the left direction, and an entire of the outer circumference is held and retained by the core 11 and trim upper mold 16. Next, a resin is injected at only the trim upper mold 16 side by opening a valve gate of the core 11 so as to flow along the rear surface of the skin 12. In the next place, the core is moved further in the left direction in order to make the mold full open, and the resin is injected at the trim lower mold 15 side by opening the valve gate 25b. |
