PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system useful to traffic safety including pedestrians, motorcycles and bicycles by displaying a will of a driver of a car in characters. SOLUTION: This is a system in which a driver can optionally display characters put in a floppy disk or a laser disk on a liquid crystal display or a thin-type television mounted on the front and rear of a car so as to exchange communication.
