PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a garbage treatment apparatus in which odorous air in a garbage treatment tank is discharged outside after being diluted. SOLUTION: A tank air discharge route 4 which communicates with a garbage treatment tank 1, an outside air suction route 5 which communicates with the outside, and a mixed air discharge route 6 having a discharge opening 9 to the outside at its end are connected at a three-way branch joint part 20 to communicate among them. A blower 8 for discharging air from the opening 9 is installed in the route 6. A movable partition 7 is installed in the joint part 20 so that the opening ratio in the joint 20 between the discharge route 4 and the suction route 5 can be adjusted freely.
