<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the cushioning properties and mud removing properties of a mud removing mat consisting of a loop layer and a liner sheet by forming loops so as to have a three-dimensional structure. SOLUTION: Heating rolling rolls 3, 3' are opposed between an extruder 1 and a receiving roll 4 and filament groups F1, F2 spun from a part of a nozzle group are presed between heating rolling rolls 3, 3' to form a liner sheet B and filament groups F3-F5 spun from the residual nozzle groups are received on the liner sheet B in a loop foot. At this time, the finally spun filament group F5 is received in hot water and pressed by the receiving roll 4 and a projected pattern shaping roll 5 to form a three-dimensional loop layer. This loop layer is integrally fused to the liner sheet B to constitute a mat M which is, in turn, drawn up from a hot water tank to be drained and dried and a size is further applied to the entire surface of the mat to be heated and cured.</p> |
