PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hairline marked insert molded item with a window having a high designability by forming hairline marks on one surface of a transparent base body sheet, forming a metalized layer or pattern printed layer on the other surface, an defining a window by punching out work. SOLUTION: Hairline marks are formed on one surface of a transparent base body sheet 2, and a metalized layer or pattern printed layer 4 are formed on the other surface, then a hairline marked insert film with a window having a punched out window is disposed within an injection mold in a manner allowing the hairline marks and mold surface to be in contact with each other before effecting mold clamping operation. Following this, resin is injected into the mold so as to permit molding resin to run in the window so that the molding resin is solidified, thereby allowing the hairline marked insert film with a window to adhere to the resin molded item 12 for forming a hairline marked insert molded item 13 with a window. |
